Account Management Service

We have recently replaced our online account management service.  You may notice several changes, specifically with your login id.

What is my login id?

  • You can login to your Breeze account by entering either the email address you have registered on your account OR your 12 digit Breeze account number as your login Id.  Your 12 digit Breeze account number can be found at the top right hand side of your statement.

 I have forgotten my PIN number!

  • You will see a link "Forgotten your PIN?" on the login page.  Enter the email address you have registered with your Breeze account and the system will find your PIN and email it to you.  This process can take a minute or two before you receive your email.

Why do I need to manage my account?

  • The top 4 activities our customers perform:
    • Change of payment details;
    • Change of vehicle details;
    • Change of personal details;
    • Retreival of trip history information.
  • You can minimise the need for updating credit card details by changing your account payment details to direct debit. 

Keeping your vehicle details current is important.

  • Did you know if you dispose of a vehicle and the vehicle is still registered to your Breeze account then you are liable for any toll charges incurred Australia wide?
