Breeze customer services are designed to be convenient for you. We recognise that convenience means different things to different people, so we offer a range of services that we believe is second to none.

From home, you can contact us by phone on 13 LINK (13 54 65) or online at Breeze.com.au.

Breeze customer services are also available at the EastLink customer centre, situated next to EastLink's interchange at Maroondah Highway in Ringwood.

You can also buy an EastLink trip pass at any Australia Post office. 

Our exclusive Breeze tag is small, with an easy to use tag holder.

Manual and automatic payment options include American Express and Diners Club (we don't charge additional fees for American Express or Diners Club).

We don't impose upper limits on the number of tags and vehicles you can link to your Breeze account.

If you choose to buy EastLink trip passes there is no upper limit on the number of trip passes you can buy each year. You can buy EastLink trip passes in advance without needing to specify the dates of travel (though unused trip passes expire after six months). EastLink trip passes are not transferable or refundable.
